SALON POLICIES
Firm Cancellation & No-Show Policy
These policies are designed to ensure fairness to both the business and its clients. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
In-Studio Appointments: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service balance.
Mobile Appointments: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service balance.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment with no communication will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the no-show policy.
NO - SHOW POLICY
First Offense: A $50 no-show fee will be charged, and the missed appointment must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked.
Second Offense: Clients will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.
PACKAGE POLICY
Clients who are a no-show for an appointment included in a package will forfeit that session. No exceptions will be made, and the missed session will be considered as used.
You have 90 days to start the package from the date of purchase. Once started, you have 6 months to date to complete said package. Package and codes will expire.
payment & refund policy
No Chargeback Policy: All sales are final. There will be no refunds or chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in legal action.
Final Payment: All final payments must be made in cash. If a card or Zelle transaction is used, a 4% processing fee will be applied.
